Wolves Join Arsenal in the Race to sign Ligue 1 defender

Wolverhampton wanderers are the latest to show interest in signing the highly rated Reim central defender Axel dissai.

The defender has been instrumental in his side beating the likes of lille and lyon to a champions league spot next season after the current season was abruptly ended by the france Fa after the corona virus outbreak.

Although he enters into his final year in his current contract with Reims, the club values the player at 13 million euros, with Arsenal keen on adding the Player to their ranks following their poor defensive ability which has lead them to missing out on next year Champions/Europa league. Wolves looks to be breathing down their necks as they are looking forward to qualify for a champions league spot next season with Arsenal having little or no hope of going into any European competition next season.

The player has made 32 appearances for his team this season after joining from paris fc in 2016. He is yet to sign an extension to his current contract and Arsenal would be looking forward to snap him on a free transfer as they look to lose out on a move for Rb Leipzig Central defender Dayot Upemecano. Wolves are most likely the destination for the highly rated center back.
