1. Who we are and what this is
Weekly Mashup is a free, for-entertainment fantasy sports game operated byGive Yourself Three LLC ("we", "us"). You create or join weekly contests, draft a fantasy team, and score points based on game data. By using Weekly Mashup you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Free to play. No gambling, no money
Weekly Mashup is free. There are no entry fees, no prizes with monetary value, no cash-out, and no wagering of any kind. Win probability and scores shown in the product are informational and for entertainment only. Nothing in the product is betting advice.
3. Accounts and guest play
Sign-in is by email magic link; we never store a password. MashDraft guest play creates an anonymous account so you can draft instantly; adding your email later links that account so your teams are kept. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your region) to use Weekly Mashup.
4. Your content and conduct
You keep ownership of the text you write (team names, group names, chat messages, award names and notes) and grant us the license needed to display it inside the product and, where you choose to share, on public share pages. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes anyone's rights. Content is screened at submission and moderated on report: we may remove content, restrict, suspend, or ban accounts, and disable a group's public sharing to enforce these Terms.
5. Sports data and fair use of the product
Player avatars and imagery are generated. Player names and statistics, where shown, are facts sourced from lawful data feeds. Weekly Mashup is an independent product: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any sports league, team, or player, and uses no official logos or marks. You agree not to scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
6. Sharing
Some features create public links (draft boards, recaps, rivalry and season cards). Anyone with such a link can view that page without an account. You control whether to create them; commissioners and our moderators can revoke them.
7. Availability, changes, and termination
The product is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, while it is in active development. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may terminate or restrict accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using the product, and request deletion of your account and data, at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Give Yourself Three LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of a free entertainment product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
